Four people, allegedly with ties to Britain, have been arrested near Marivan, Iran after state-run media says they were paid to carry out five assassinations within the country. Majid Bakhtiar, Hajeer Ebrahimi, Loqman Moradi and Zanyar Moradi were said to have been promised $100,000 for the murders, but were only awarded $8,000 by British-based leader Jalil Fattahi.
