Representative John Boehner gets weepy after winning re-election Tuesday night.  Boehner later received a phone call from President Barack Obama ahead of a 1pm news conference to be held Wednesday.  Gubernatorial candidate Meg Whitman also shed a few tears after conceding California’s race to Jerry Brown.
